Additional Services

One Call. One Team. Get More Out.

Additional services that keep utility projects moving: dump trucks for material hauling and aggregate and sand delivery, and soft services — locates, permits and project management. They come from the same company doing the excavation, so there are fewer handoffs and less waiting.

Why OE

Additional Services From One Company

OE combines hydrovac excavation, road cutting and coring, U-Fill services, aggregate and sand delivery, surface restoration, support vehicles and crews, and soil disposal and recycling under one company.

That removes the inefficiency, the redundant travel and the coordination overhead that come with multiple subcontractors. OE never contracts the work out to third-party providers.

One Call, One Team

One call gives fast, easy access to streamlined end-to-end services, support work included.

LEAN Thinking

What It Is

What OE's Additional Services Include

The trucks and the planning that sit around the excavation: hauling and delivery on one side, locates, permits and project management on the other.

OE's restoration work is supported by a diverse fleet, including on-demand U-Fill concrete trucks, stone slingers and dump trucks, and its other equipment includes concrete and road saws, a coring machine, back-hoes and mini-excavators, an asphalt truck, float trailers and skid-steers. On the planning side, OE's team inspects and assesses the site, sets the project plan and timeline, obtains the locates and permits, coordinates with other service providers, monitors work execution and schedules, and debriefs on project completion.

Ontario rules behind the work: requesting a locate through Ontario Dig Authority is free and required by law before digging. Trucks with a registered gross weight or actual weight over 4,500 kg need a Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) certificate, and the Ministry of Transportation monitors each operator's safety record.
